Because the health of its employees is a priority, Marfret is committed alongside GEFLUC Marseille Provence in the fight against cancer.
The Marseille-based shipping company has donated €10,000 to GEFLUC Marseille Provence (Groupement des Entreprises Françaises dans la Lutte contre le Cancer), an association active for over 50 years in funding research, supporting patients, and promoting prevention in the workplace. “This donation reflects our desire to act, at our level, in support of our employees and all those directly or indirectly affected by cancer, while also helping facilitate a return to employment,” emphasizes Guillaume Vidil, Managing Director of Marfret.
As part of this initiative, Professor François Eisinger, head of the Cancer Anticipation and Monitoring Department at the Paoli-Calmettes Institute, will hold a cancer awareness conference on April 29 at Marfret’s headquarters, which will be broadcast to the group’s agencies.
