The vessel named Marius, a name dear to the people of Marseille, signifies “of the sea“. It also abbreviates to “Marfret is useful“!

This rigged ship can transport up to 2500 TEUs and is equipped with 750 reefer plugs. Its characteristics perfectly meet the capacity and performance needs of the NASP route on which it is deployed.

The acquisition of the Marius is part of our strategy of constantly improving our CO2 emission ratios per transported ton. Built in 2018, it is equipped with a latest-generation electronically injected engine, ensuring excellent fuel consumption performance.
