« At the heart of my team’s work is the organization and day-to-day management of transport on behalf of our clients. Beyond this essential mission, I am tasked with anticipating activity, developing it, and constantly designing new projects and strategies, especially for river transport. There are also management and reporting duties that are very present in my daily routine. It is an exciting and dynamic job that allows for continuous improvement. When I wake up in the morning, I’m happy at the thought of going to work! I enjoy organizing myself to efficiently manage multiple tasks that stack up and I appreciate the autonomy and latitude I have in decision-making. Marfret is a company capable of quickly evolving its models, where there is direct engagement with the hierarchy, and where you can see the results of your work. The transparency practiced by the management allows us to understand the overall and strategic project and to know where we are heading. It is rewarding to participate in projects aimed at developing greener, more virtuous transport that does not contribute to increasing CO2 emissions. »
